BRATAS MALAYSIA has successfully built over 1,289 subsidized homes and continues to grow steadily each month, consistently turning customers’ dream homes into reality with excellence and precision.

BRATAS MALAYSIA have 2 single packages with starting price of RM 89,000. After subsidization of RM 10,000, it becomes RM 79,000.

This programme was developed to support Malaysians with a household income below RM8,000 particularly those who do not own a home or are living dilapidated conditions, but have land to build on. With a RM10,000 subsidy, the initiative empowers families to build their dream homes and enjoy a better quality of life.

The applicant is responsible in preparing the site and connection of water and electricity. BRATAS will only build the house.

Applicants need to prepare these items:

1. A copy of applicant’s and spouse’s identification cards.

2. A copy of the latest land ownership grant for TNB application, and official search certificate from the the Land Office if needed for Majlis purposes only (Optional).

3. Latest payslip (3 months) for loan purposes only (Optional).

4. Printed site report with pictures (Optional).

5. Land site location and mailing address.

6. Booking fee for site visit according to area within the Peninsular.
