APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY
- Malaysian nationality.
- Applicants must be between 18 years old and above.
- The monthly income of the whole household to qualify for subsidization RM 8,000 and below.
- The applicant has their own land or land that belongs to their family or spouse.
- Payment by cash, KWSP, personal loan and LPPSA.

- Customer information
- A copy of applicant’s and spouse’s identification cards.
- A copy of the latest land ownership grant for TNB application, and official search certificate from the the Land Office if needed for Majlis purposes only (Optional).
- Latest payslip (3 months) for loan purposes only (Optional).
- Printed site report with pictures (Optional).
- Land site location and mailing address.
- Booking fee for site visit according to area within the Peninsular.
